WHY: In an effort to make space reservation requests more efficient and reliable for you, the Office of Campus Programs has developed this on-line request form. Our goal with the on line form is to make reserving space on campus easier, faster, and more accurate for everyone involved. We invite and encourage the Georgetown University community to take advantage of this easy to use form.
HOW: With designated fields and drop-down menus, this form can be completed and sent much more quickly than a written form. It also eliminates having to fax paper forms, which in most cases are difficult to read. The on-line form also prevents the omission of important reservation information with required fields. This too eliminates the possibility of confusion and error regarding your request.
WHO: All Georgetown University student groups, administrative offices, faculty departments can access this form on the network. Each form is required to have a cost center and the name of the authorized user. Both the requestor and the authorized user will be emailed a copy of the request. All student organization requests will be directed to receive approval from the appropriate advisor before it comes to our office electronically.
You can also use our new search feature to view reservations that have already been approved for a certain date. Note that this will not reflect requests received but not yet processed.
