The Facilities Coordinator will arrange for rental and set up of furniture and other
equipment for campus events. Clients are asked to provide information about the number and
size of tables, chairs and other equipment they wish to rent on the space reservation
request form. Changes and updates to the original request should also be made in writing
to the Facilities Coordinator. Accommodation of last minute changes to the original
request cannot be guaranteed. You are encouraged to plan ahead and plan carefully.
Whenever possible event set ups will be performed during regular work hours, 7 am - 6
pm weekdays and 7:30 am - 3 pm on weekends. The high demand for space often results in multiple set ups in a particular
space on a given day. Therefore, it is not always possible to avoid overtime charges. Set
ups which must be accomplished on weekends after 3:00 pm, on holidays or after 6:00 pm on weekdays will be
charged to the client at overtime rates.
