Mission
The mission of Campus Activity Facilities is to serve customers by responding timely and accurately to request for use of activity spaces and coordinating event support with appropriated campus departments. We strive to disseminate policies and procedures to our clients to ensure successful event planning.

Announcements
- March 1st, we will begin accepting reservation requests for events which will occur during the 2012-2013 academic year (this would include any events occurring on/after August 29, 2012 through May 19, 2013). Due to the high volume of requests we anticipate receiving during March and April, it is likely to take up to (4) weeks to receive a response from our office for these particular requests. Please incorporate this time delay into your planning. Requests for the current academic year and summer will be processed in the normal processing time. Thank you for your patience.
- May 1st, we will begin accepting reservation requests for New Student Orientation (NSO) 2012. The NSO 2012 timeframe includes all events occurring Sunday, August 12, 2012 - Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Please plan accordingly.
